About me

I am the Fire Safety Adviser at UWE Bristol, supporting the University in managing fire safety risks, meeting its fire safety responsibilities and maintaining effective fire safety arrangements across its estate.

I bring experience from the Fire and Rescue Service, including fire safety auditing, risk assessment, enforcement and advising dutyholders. My approach is pragmatic and evidence-based, with a focus on proportionate risk management, effective fire safety arrangements and continual improvement.

I work with colleagues across the University to provide fire safety advice, support the Fire Safety Management System and strengthen fire safety risk management and assurance.
