About me
I have been working as a Student Experience Coach for UWE since January 2023, and now mainly coach the students from the School of Health and Social Wellbeing at Glenside Campus. I recently completed my Life Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy and am currently studying for my Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology part-time.
I offer tailored one-to-one coaching sessions to help students with the following:
· manage key changes
· time management
· build confidence
· increase motivation
· reduce anxiety/stress/overwhelm
· find tools/techniques to help them progress and overcome their barriers
In every session, the student decides what the goal is, and together, we explore their barriers, strengths, and work together to produce a practical and realistic action plan to help them achieve their goal. They can have unlimited sessions and can also book through our library and virtual drop-in sessions.
