About me
I am a Lecturer in Civil and Environmental Engineering at UWE. I earned my PhD in Civil, Sustainability, and Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University, specializing in Hydrosystems Engineering. I also hold a MSc in Soil Mechanics and a BEng in Civil Engineering.
My research focuses on addressing water, environmental, and climate challenges using machine learning. Some of my work includes: Developing sustainable irrigation strategies through data analytics and remote senisng to enhance food and water security; Urban environmental design to promote climate resilient cities by integrating green infrastructure, hydrology, and civil engineering to improve urban water sustainability.
