Area of expertise

I have scientific, computing, management and law experience having spent 20 years in the engineering industry. My unique background has given me a cross discipline approach to law and first hand experience of how expert scientific and computing experts view the law and legal process.

My interest in expert evidence, the interface between the State and citizens and the use of risk prediction in the child protection system has resulted in me researching in the area. This overlaps with my teaching and several funded projects.
