About me

I've had a broad and varied career in learning and organisational development (L&OD), specialising in change leadership, leadership development, coaching and culture. I love the theory and hold a MSc in Public Service Leadership, but I'm more interested in how we apply knowledge to develop confidence and capability in people, teams and organisations.

Before joining UWE in August 2025, I built and led a national L&OD consultancy serving central and local government, civil service, universities, NHS and emergency services. I've worked across sectors partnering with leaders to deliver strategic priorities with and through our people.
