About me

I am the Talent and Progression Manager at the University of the West of England, Bristol. The main purpose of my role is to develop and manage a responsive and meaningful offer to support staff probation, promotion, progression and recognition.

My background is in vocational education, predominantly the active leisure and learning industry, where through senior management roles I have been involved in business operations, qualification development, regulatory requirements, standards review, policy development and implementation, qualification frameworks, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.
