About me
I am an experienced Programme Manager of transformations across diverse services within the Higher Education, Technology and Aerospace sectors. I have managed programmes at European and global level and my approach works with the culture of the organisation, which can mean the programme approach can be very different. My experience of simplifying the blueprint of information systems and processes during mergers and integrations comes from solid leadership and engagement with the stakeholders and extended teams. Appropriate communication both virtual and onsite, have been a critical success factor to delivering results that are on time, on budget and aligned to the business case.
Area of expertise
My areas of expertise come from 10 years + management of Programmes and 20+ years management of IT and business change projects. I have IT and Business Project Management, Business Analysis and Business Architect experience. I have managed complex global and European based business integrations. I am currently working at UWE, and providing the programme management for Strategy Learning 2020. I originally developed a passion for Teaching and Learning excellence whilst a school governor for 4 years and I have combined that with my experience of managing strategic change from first concept to the point of embedded outcomes.
