About me
I am a non-practising Solicitor, MBA, and academic with a multi-faceted leadership role that sits at the intersection of student experience, wellbeing, and academic performance. I am committed to shaping inclusive, high-performing learning environments that support the holistic development of law students.
As Associate Director for Student Experience, I lead strategic initiatives that embed wellbeing, resilience, and reflective practice into the legal curriculum. I have designed and implemented institutionally recognised personal tutoring models, curriculum innovations, and NSS campaigns that have significantly improved student engagement, progression, and satisfaction, ensuring our law programmes remain influential within UWE and responsive to student needs.
Passionate about academic wellbeing, I collaborate across academic and professional services to embed it as a core component of the student journey. My leadership is defined by strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to driving meaningful, measurable change in legal education.
