About me
I am a Student and Graduate Talent Co-ordinator at UWE Bristol and a Research Fellow at the Institute of Bio-Sensing Technology (IBST). My background spans biomedical sciences, applied health, higher education and science communication.
My research interests include microbiology, herbal medicines, essential oils, the microbiome and plant-based approaches to health. I am also interested in innovative approaches to science communication, including immersive media and community engagement.
Alongside research, I have experience in teaching, student engagement, widening participation, higher education governance, project management and public involvement.
My work is broadly focused on connecting science, education and communities in ways that are accessible, inclusive and impactful.

Biomedical Sciences: Microbiology, microbiome science, biochemistry, cell biology and clinical research.
