My Faculty role is as Programme Manager for the Professional Development Awards. This Work-Based Learning programme offers flexibility to combine previous study, future study, project work, and Work-Based Learning. I lead on Erasmus+ activities that include student and staff mobility between European partner HEI's. I lead on Work-Based Learning that includes work on pre and post qualifying health and social care education, CPD and collaborative work with external agencies and partner organisations. Much of my work requires effective partnership and collaboration, and I have significant experience with negotiation, facilitation and interorganisational working.
