About me
Alex is a Technical Instructor within the College of Arts, at the University of the West of England (UWE), working in Higher Education since 2013. Alex has skill development and technical professional experiences within the technical learning environments, Digital Fabrication & Foundation.
Having started her career as an artist, following her studies at UWE she uses her creative knowledge to influence planning and development of the student experience.
Alex joined Artist groups once she had graduated from UWE with Synecdoche and Fill that Space where she exhibtied her work.
Alex enjoys Lego & board games, even though rarely wins but enjoys the participation...sometimes.
Having used Illustrator, the challenge to never stay comfortable in one way of working pushed Alex to learn new software and to challenge herself in skill awareness.
