About me
I am a senior lecturer in Organisational studies and have been an educator in HEIs for 9 years. I hold the Fellow of the HEA qualification and a post graduate certificate in teaching in HE.

Area of expertise
My areas of experise are: Leader influence in successful companies; performance teams; leadership and entrepreneurship. I work with leaders of SMEs on a national basis and contribute to the UK policy debate around entrepreneurship and developing our SME's to be the best they can be.
