About me

I am an accredited ILM executive coach with over 18 years' experience of facilitating the learning and development of others. I am passionate about using coaching as a means of enabling individuals and teams to unlock their potential and realise personal and professional growth and transformation.


I predominantly work as am a coach/mentor educator on the ILM L5 & L7 coaching & mentoring programmes at UWE. However, I am also a tutor on other modules/programmes e.g. ILM Advance Leaders Programme, Introduction to Coaching-Style Conversations for the PG Cert L&T in HE, dissertation supervisor on the MSc Business Management & MBA programmes.

Prior to joining UWE in September 2022 as a part-time Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies (Coaching), I worked in leadership roles in both the secondary and higher education sectors where I was responsbile for people and resource management and for setting the strategic vision for my teams. I have taught on a number of postgraduate and professional development programmes working predominantly with professional adult learners from a wide-range of settings including, education, armed forces, public services, business and health care.

I hold an MA in Educational Leadership & Management and I am a Senior Fellow of the HEA.  

Plese note that I work part-time for UWE and my working days are Mondays & Tuesdays (all days) and Wednesday mornings.
