About me

Prior to UWE, I worked for Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group in various roles, from Technical Underwriter, Supervisor, Learning and Development Manager, HR Consultant.  I started at UWE in 2006 and my career to date has lead me to working as a HR generalist, HR business Partner, Senior Organisation Development Consultant, and more recently as an Organisation Change Manager supporting the Student Journey Programme of change.. I currently lead a small team of organisational development and design practitioners, leading and contributing to strategic change ventures and initatives across UWE. 

Area of expertise

Having completed a Certificate in Mentoring and Coaching at UWE in 2015, I joined †he UWE Mentoring Scheme as a prospective mentor.  With my background in HR, people management, learning and career development, organisation development and design, I am able to provide mentoring and coaching in a range of situations such as career coaching, recruitment preparation, confidence building, how to approach work related issues that may be impacting on personal wellbeing and effectiveness.
