About me
I am the Student Advice Team Manager in the Student Advice Service. I am based at the Frenchay Campus in 1D03. I am responsible for managing the Student Support Advisers who cover all UWE campuses . I have worked for UWE for 19 years. I am a member of the UWE Coaching Community of Practice group . I am passionate about how we use a coaching approach to develop our students and staff.
Area of expertise
I have recently developed a plan to embed Coaching skills into the advice team which we hope will help build the resilience of our student population. I have also developed our service to offer greater support to Trans /non-binary students. I am happy to be approached by staff to become a mentor for anyone undertaking the Aurora Leadership programme.
