About me

I originally trained as a primary school teacher at UWE and began my teaching career in Bristol. I've taught in a variety of city primary schools as well as supporting local authority schools in challenging circumstances and delivering English CPD. I've taught across the age range from Reception to Year Six and have worked in a variety of roles from class teacher to English consultant to Headteacher.

Giving back to the next generation of trainee teachers has always been an aim and as part of the English Team I now support students to develop their English subject knowledge and their teaching skills.
