About me
I'm a Senior HRM Lecturer and the Programme Leader for both MSc HRM and MSc HRM (International) programmes with a BA(Hons) in Business Management, Postgrad Certificate in teaching and learning in HE, and MSc in Human Resource Development.
I am currently studying a Doctorate in Education, focusing on transforming assessment and feedback within higher education. More specifically, I am investigating the impact of feedback on student learning and development.
Previous to working at UWE, I worked for 10 years across various industries (including Finance, Food, Telecommunications and Utilities) as a Management and Development Trainer, Training Consultant and Head of Learning and Development.
My office hours are Mondays 2pm-4pm. Alternatively, please send me an email to arrange an online meeting for either a Thursday or Friday.
