About me
I'm an Assistant Support Lecturer in Human Resource Management, I joined UWE as an academic in 2023. I have an MSc in HRM, focusing my research dissertation on Gender Inequalities in Hybrid and Remote working, using a mixed methods research approach.
I am committed to providing an inclusive teaching environment, where students can thrive during their time here at UWE. My office hours are Monday 1pm-4pm. Alternatively, please email me if you would like to meet outside of these times.
Area of expertise
My research interests are in equality, diversity and inclusion & employee relations. Since joining UWE I have become actively involved in research with the Bristol Women in Business Charter, supporting its next stage of development. The focus of this research is to aid the charter in taking its next steps to becoming more forward thinking in its data collection. Supporting its signatories to provide intersectional data in relation to their seven equality goals. Focused on gaining a deeper understanding of the equality challenges for women from a variety of backgrounds. The Higher Education Innovation Fund awarded funding for this project.
