About me
I am a Chartered Building Surveyor, and the appeal of building surveying for me has always been the variety of roles and challenges that it can offer.
I began my career in a consultancy in Belfast, Northern Ireland after graduating from Salford University with a degree in Building Surveying. I then moved to England to work in a building surveying practice specialising in the repair and restoration of historic buildings. After this I worked in a housing association, a home improvement agency, a private practice consultancy, two charities and a local authority. Most recently I have worked in the residential sector carrying out house surveys and valuations.
