About me
"I'll never be a writer. I want to be an archaeologist." a stubborn 16-year old me told my English teacher. Well low and behold here I am some years later: a writer. I did make a detour through heritage, and it is still a passion of mine, but now I find myself settled working in communications and marketing rather than in mud and/or hi vis.
Specialising in direct customer communications I have planned, shaped and delivered campaigns for folks across the world. From sales generating workflows based on customer behaviours to informational printed materials to captivating social media captions, I've probably written it.
Outside of work I run a small Etsy business, Malachite Candles selling handmade candles and wax melts. I'm a keen foodie, eating out as much as I can afford to and posting reviews as Cruse Eats.
