About me
I am Associate Head of Department for FACS and currently programme manager for the MSc Forensic Science. I teaching on a number of undergraduate modules including Scientific Investigation of Crime, Forensic Evidence, Forensic Project and Forensic Science and Society. I offer undergraduate and postgraduate projects in the field of forensic biology, fibre analysis and fingermark enhancement. I was previously employed by the Forensic Science Service as a research assistant and helped in the validation of the automation line for the National DNA Database and operational casework samlples.
Area of expertise
My main area of expertise is in forensic DNA profiling, I also have interests in fibres and enhamcement of fingermarks.
