About me

As a Senior Research Fellow in Innovation Management within the Redistributed Manufacturing in Healthcare Network (RiHN), my research explores how innovation and Redistributed Manufacturing (RDM) can strengthen healthcare supply chains, improve system resilience and enhance patient outcomes.

Working across disciplinary boundaries, I combine a background in biochemistry, cell biology and pharmacology with innovation management and qualitative research to understand how emerging technologies can be successfully implemented within complex healthcare systems. Working closely with academic, clinical, industry and policy partners, I develop collaborative research and support the translation of innovation into practice.

Current research spans a range of multidisciplinary projects, including the manufacture and wider adoption of CAR-T cell therapies, blood supply chains, deployed healthcare, and healthcare resilience. I am also a member of the Innovation, Operations Management and Supply (IOMS) Research Group and work as part of the FAST CAR-T Consortium alongside colleagues from University College London (UCL), Teesside University and the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

Alongside my research, I have extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, project and portfolio management, event development and management, and securing competitive research funding. To date, I have secured over £1M in grant funding across academia and the third sector, while also contributing to a number of successful large-scale collaborative funding bids. I also have a strong track record in grant development, project delivery, grant management, monitoring and research impact evaluation.
