About me

I work collaboratively with the College Dean Partnerships and International, the School Executive and key stakeholders across the University to:

• oversee the current partnership provision and relationships, taking an overall perspective on opportunities, issues, and challenges to ensure ongoing sustainability, viability and protection of reputational interests.
• generate and identify partnership growth potential, developing multi-faceted partnerships and ensuring maximum benefit is derived for students and stakeholders.
• implement and operationalise student pipelines and partnerships to meet planned targets, working with College Dean of Partnerships and International.
• ensure that activities that support business development and internal and external relationship management are undertaken in accordance with the governance, policy and regulatory frameworks of the University and national policies and frameworks. 

I am research active and am involved with a number of projects, especially on student employment and older women's wellbeing at work.  I am a member of the HRWE and DRAGoN research groups at Bristol Business School.

I teach and supervise at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and I am an Assessment Offence Officer.
