Dr Jenny Chen

My research investigates employee experiences in contemporary workplaces, focusing on organizational socialization, creativiy and innovation, career transition, employee engagement and cross-cultural management. By integrating HR Analytics and Organizational Psychology, I develop evidence-based and data-driven insights that inform organizational practices. I have published my work in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals. Currently, I am examining newcomer adaptation and innovation during complex role transition by using quantitative approaches. My research seeks to advance theoretical understanding while equipping organizations to create more effective, inclusive, and innovative environment and practices.
