Having come from a background working within the video games and entertainment industry, my interests are firmly rooted within this area. My PhD explores the role that the co-creation and co-destruction of value plays in online entertainment and explores the motivations of users to engage in such a process.
This enthusiasm for customer relationship management and the utilisation of virtual environments for learning feeds directly into my teaching pedagogy and modules which are delivered to both undergraduate and postgraduate students within the Bristol Business School. I am the current module leader for Meeting Customer Needs, Customer Relationship Management as well as Marketing Video Games, all which are delivered at Masters level.
