Joe has extensive experience within the video game and software industry, having worked for or provided consultancy for several companies including Fastone Games, Fivium Ltd and VC Mobile Entertainment across mobile and PC platforms.
This enthusiasm for services marketing and customer relationship management feeds into the modules that Joe is responsible for as the Uber Module Leader for Anatomy of a Business (BIM, MET, HRM & SOM runs) which runs with 30 members of staff and for 500 PG students each year. In addition, as the module leader for Managing Customer Relationships for 150 UG students each year.
Joe's research interests include various virtual/digital based topics such as virtual worlds, online services marketing, online customer relationship management, digital value propositions and social media.
