About me
Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies and Team Coach in the Team Entrepreneurship (TE) programme, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
I deliver a range of Leadership, Management, Entrepreneurial, Coaching, and Organisational Behaviour modules/programmes, including working on ground-breaking Team Entrepreneurship delivered to business students working in teams and where students engage in developing solutions to real-world problems.
My research specialises in team coaching, collective leadership, followership and teamwork.
I am currently actively working across several research projects, including:
- Use of AI in Leadership/Coaching Development
- Followership Theory and Practice (Podcast Perspective)
- Leadership Ambition
I completed my PhD with the University of Reading in the area of Organisational Behaviour (focused on the General Theory of Leadership and processual perspectives in Leadership).
