About me
Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies and Team Coach in the Team Entrepreneurship (TE) programme, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
I deliver a range of Leadership, Management, Entrepreneurial, Coaching, and Organisational Behaviour modules/programmes, including working on ground-breaking Team Entrepreneurship delivered to business students working in teams and where students engage in developing solutions to real-world problems.
My research specialises in team coaching, collective leadership, followership and teamwork.
I am currently actively working across a number of research projects, including:
- Use of AI in Leadership/Coaching Development
- Followership Theory and Practice (Podcast Perspective)
- Leadership Ambition
This academic year (2022/23), I am due to complete my PhD with the University of Reading in the area of Organisational Behaviour (focused on the General Theory of Leadership and processual perspectives in Leadership) and PCC qualifications with the International Coach Federation.
