About me
I joined UWE in 2017 as a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Psychology. I am the Co Programme Leader for Business and Organisational Psychology MSc. I also teach Occupational Psychology topics to undergraduate psychology students.
I hold Chartered status with the British Psychological Society (CPsychol) and Senior Fellowship of the HEA (SFHEA).
Before joining UWE, I worked in various consultancy roles on the design and delivery of talent management solutions. Projects covered areas such as assessment centres, psychometric testing, succession planning, talent audits and leadership selection.
I cover these areas in teaching on MSc modules such as psychological assessment at work as well as BSc modules including psychology of work. I also teach and research on topics exploring environmental sustainability in organisations.
