About me

I am a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies at the Bristol Business School, University of the West of England. I am involved in designing and delivery of teaching in modules like Managing Organisational Change, Leadership, Entrepreneurship at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I joined UWE in Autumn 2022, having previously taught at University of Reading. I hold a PhD in Management Studies from the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. My research interest is in the fields of corporate responsibility, business ethics, and critical management studies. My current research examines the ethical challenges and dilemmas associated with how emerging digital technologies are being used in organisations and society, with a special focus on the ethical and political responsibilities for mitigating the harmful impacts of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics and digital platforms on people and society.

I welcome proposals from prospective PhD candidates who are interested in undertaking research on topics within the fields of business and society and critical managment studies, using qualitative methods.

My office hours are Mondays and Wednesdays (10:00-13:00). Please get in touch to discuss alternative meeting arrangements.
