About me

I am an experienced higher education professional with expertise in disability support, enquiry management and administrative leadership. I currently line manage a team of administrators responsible for enquiries relating to the Disability Service, specialist mentor support and neurodivergent study skills support. My role includes strategic oversight of enquiry management across these areas, as well as leading on process development, operational improvements and service efficiencies to enhance the student and staff experience.
 
Since joining UWE Bristol in 2008, I have worked across both faculty and professional service environments, initially within the Faculty of Environment and Technology before moving into Disability Services. I am a member of the National Association of Disability Practitioners and remain committed to ensuring that disabled and neurodivergent students receive timely, effective and equitable support.
