About me

I have a proven track record in developing digital strategies, managing budgets, and aligning resources with organisational priorities. My responsibilities have included overseeing key digital platforms and promoting best practices in technology use to support various teams, ensuring widespread digital adoption.

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to community members, ensuring that digital initiatives are responsive to the unique needs and challenges of different groups. I have led successful cross-departmental projects and developed communication strategies that effectively engage stakeholders across different platforms.

I am proficient in designing, executing, and evaluating digital learning programmes that improve user experiences and address digital skills gaps. A notable example is my leadership of a digital capabilities programme to improve digital literacy in areas such as creativity, problem-solving, AI, and online collaboration. This programme now has a global reach.

My research and policy interests focus on digital poverty, ethical use of technology, digitally marginalised communities, and the role of digital platforms in enhancing learner engagement. I’m passionate about bridging the digital divide by leveraging innovative technologies such as immersive environments and community-based peer learning to create accessible learning experiences.

Feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss anything about digital learning and engagement innovation.
