About me
I joined UWE as a Subject Support Librarian in March 2022 and gained Chartership status from the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals (CILIP) in November 2023.
I am working within the College of Health, Science and Society (CHSS), where I support students with study skills and academic writing. I can offer advice on finding information, evaluating information, using databases, referencing and critical writing.
I am also a Committee Member for CILIP's Library and Information Research Group (LIRG), with a particular interest in qualitative research methods in social science; the enhancement of the student experience through inclusive delivery of information literacy; and the potential, and uses, of generative AI in education to tranform this experience.
I was awarded Asssociate Fellowship of the HEA in March 2024.
