I am KE Manager and Producer
for the large creative technology R&D projects UWE runs in partnership with
Watershed and local universities. Currently
I'm overseeing the last year of Bristol + Bath Creative R+D
(www.bristolbathcreative.org), a five year project focused on
responsible and inclusive creative technology and innovation; starting a
new AHRC project to support new creative thinking and making around the
climate crisis; and a project called Fair Creative Economies (part of
www.myworld-creates.com) focusing on alternative business models and
metrics for the creative industries. I joined UWE to work on the South
West Creative Technology Network and ran their year of Data whilst seconded to Watershed (www.swctn.org.uk/data).
I'm a connector of people so contact me if you want to create new collaborations with freelancers, organisations or academics, or if you're interested in alternative and viable futures in creative tech and and the arts. Have a look at the work of the Digital Cultures Research Centre, where I'm based: www.dcrc.org.uk
