About me
I am a non-practising Solicitor, MBA, and Academic with a senior leadership role that bridges student experience, wellbeing, and academic performance. As Associate Director for Student Experience and a member of the Law Executive, I am committed to cultivating inclusive, high-performing learning environments that support the holistic development of law students.
In the Learning and Teaching space I have led several curriculum innovations, including the design of the Law School's first Apprenticeship Programme, the development of a new capstone module focused on skills, experential learning and employability, and I have also introduced and integrated Legal Design Thinking into the Law curriculum.
I have experience of spearheading NSS campaigns that have significantly enhanced student engagement, progression, and satisfaction, ensuring our law programmes remain responsive, future-focused, and impactful within UWE.
A passionate advocate for academic wellbeing within the student community, I collaborate across academic and professional services to embed it as a core pillar of the student academic journey.
