As part of the team of senior leaders in REE, my focus is to ensure UWE has a Research and Knowledge Exchange support service which provides knowledgeable advice, guidance and expertise to all academic colleagues. Empowering high quality, innovative and impactful research in a culture which fosters collaboration and develops researchers careers through targeted support and mentoring. Providing the mechanisms (both digital and individual) through which colleagues can discover, engage with and get the support they need to undertake their Research and Knowledge activities; from understanding Ethics policies, supporting academic career pathways to winning successful grant applications. Enhancing the research experience for academics, students, and the broader community, driving research that addresses the world's most pressing challenges.
