About me
I have over 20 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, specializing in older people's rehabilitation, community care, and neurological rehabilitation. My clinical experience spans both the Hospital Authority of Hong Kong and the NHS in the UK. I completed my MSc in Clinical Gerontology with a dissertation titled "Exploring Caregiving Experiences for Advanced COPD Informal Caregivers." I have also published in peer-reviewed journal, including a validation study of the Chinese Icon-FES on community dwelling older people.
My professional contributions include developing falls intervention programs for community services and setting up discharge planning and support OT services in Hong Kong.
My research interests focus on older people's rehabilitation, falls, concerns about falling, neurological rehabilitation, and cognitive rehabilitation.
