About me
My research interests are in nonlinear partial differential equations, especially semilinear heat equations, and sometimes including degenerate diffusion, delays or non-local terms. I'm also interested in applications to biology (e.g. evolution of bacterial resistance). I was a co-investigator on the recent BBSRC-funded project `Effector gene persistence in bacterial plant pathogens.'
Area of expertise
Parabolic and elliptic PDEs; non-local PDEs; delay-differential equations; bifurcation theory; dynamical systems; mathematical biology
