About me
From where the Whisky comes from.
Quin Kent - short for Quinacridone, the pigment that makes the colour Process Magenta.
Born and raised in the Highlands of Scotland but now based in Bristol, they enjoy experimenting and researching how new technologies can be used in conjunction with traditional making practices.
They completed a BA (Hons) in Animation at the University of the West of England before becoming a Senior Technical Instructor for XR and Digital Fabrication, teaching 3D Design, Printing, and Scanning, Motion Capture and Virtual and Augmented Reality.
Quin also enjoys reading and collecting hobbies in their spare time, trying out everything from electronics to knitting, casting to baking and sewing to sculpting!
