About me
I am part of the Team who support the Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) scheme. We facilitate training for students to enable them to run small group workshops to facilitate student learning in a student-to-student environment. PAL supports many undergraduate programmes and some foundation programmes. To further broaden the scope, PAL also has workshops which cover applied sciences, study skills, and wellbeing across all levels.
PAL is a paid position for students with an optional qualification in mentoring credited by the ILM awarding body. This allows our PAL Leaders to develop both their personal and professional skills whilst supporting students in their own learning.
