Pronouns - she/her
Sophie Marsh is an Associate Lecturer in Law and Criminology at the University of the West of England. She is also Law PhD student at the University of the West of England. Her thesis will explore whether legislative measures are being followed in police interviews of victims of rape, and how this is impacts on attrition and victim experiences. Sophie's interests include sexual offences, criminal justice and procedure, criminal law and human rights.
