About me
Sylvester is a lecturer in Quantity Surveying at the School of Architecture and Environment. He holds a PhD in Construction and a master's degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Building Economics from Ardhi University, Tanzania.
Sylvester has years of experience working in the built environment industry as a quantity surveyor and as an academician in Tanzania and the UK. Apart from his teaching commitments, he has been active in research by publishing several peer-reviewed journal articles and presenting at multiple international conferences.
