Area of expertise
My research primarily considers the ways corporations interact with society, the externalities of corporate activity and argues for a greater role for the state in the regulation of said activity.
I am also consider the conceptual arguments around corprate social responsiblity and citizenship, and how these cocneptions could help redefine the role of the corporation.
I have also published on the contentious issue of high executive pay, considering arguments around desert and its distributive consequences.
