About me

Van has been working on the Wage and Employment Dynamics project since joining UWE. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Bath, where she also worked as a Teaching Assistant. She has teaching experience in microeconomics, macroeconomics (for both economics and management students), econometrics and applied economics.

Her research interests include labour economics, development economics, and financial economics, with a particular focus on gender differences in human capital and labour market outcomes.
