Mrs Victoria Legge

I joined UWE Bristol in 2003, having previously had the opportunity to work in the travel and hospitality industries, both within the UK and overseas.

 

During my career at UWE, I held roles within Accommodation Services, gaining valuable experience in student housing and support services. I then transitioned to the Information Point team, where I contributed to enhancing the quality of information available to students and staff.

 

From March 2023, I held the position of School Manager at the UWE Bristol School of Architecture & Environment. In this role, I was responsible for managing the Professional Services Team located in the School Office, which included the SPS Team, Student Support Advisers, the SoAE Success Coach, and Timetabling colleagues. I also held the thematic portfolio for Student Information Requests and Certificates.

 

As School Manager, I was dedicated to fostering a supportive and efficient environment for both students and staff, ensuring the institution remained a place of academic excellence and growth.

 

Currently, I am working as a subject matter expert on the SIS project, leveraging my extensive experience within UWE to contribute to the development and implementation of the new Student Information System.

 

Outside of work, I remain passionate about spending quality time with family and friends, which helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance and recharge for the challenges of my current role.
