About me

received my B.S. in Communication Engineering, from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Iran in 2008 and an M.S. degree in Network Communication Engineering, from Isfahan University of Technology, Iran in 2012. I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Hanyang University, South Korea in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, I was doing a postdoctoral in Computer Science and Engineering department at Korea University. From April 2020 to Jun 2021, I was working as a Research Associate at BT Ireland Innovation Center (BTIIC) at Ulster University. During this time, I have been working on a situation assessment project to detect complex attacks known as multi-step attacks.

Area of expertise

My main research interests include security issues in wireless charging of Electric Vehicle (EV), security and network issues in VANET (Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks), security issues in Named Data Networking (NDN), and multi-step attacks (cyber attacks) detection and reconstruction.
