About me

I'm an Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor dedicated to people development.  Developing personal and professional growth in others is at the very heart of my practice.  Working as a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies, at UWE, in the Business School, I lead on a range of Leadership, Management, Coaching, Mentoring and Organisational Behaviour modules/programmes.  My research specialises in coaching teams/individuals in virtual environments; developing online communities in the workplace; and the use of blogs as a coaching intervention and as a research methodology. Prior to joining UWE, I worked for the NHS as a Midwife, Educator and Coach and have accumulated extensive clinical and leadership/managerial experience.  I have strong industry connections and a growing reputation regionally and nationally within the field of Coaching and Mentoring.
