About me

 

I am a Senior Lecturer and Link Tutor/Programme Lead for the MSc International Nursing Practice. In my role, I actively lead and participate in the design, development, and assessment of modules and programmes. I am responsible for guiding the programme and module teams to enhance learning outcomes and improve the student learning experience. I teach both undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students and have supervised Master's students for their advanced practitioner's qualification over the past six years.

My clinical background includes nursing care for individuals with complex care needs, district nursing, acute and critical care, end-of-life care, head injury rehabilitation, cancer care, bone marrow transplant, leadership, and care management. My research focus is on ageing and long-term conditions in older people.
