About me
Joining UWE in 2018 from the charity sector to lead projects in the digital education space, I brought with me a deep understanding of delivering positive change and improved user experience in complex non-profit organisations. My previous experience includes working within adult social care, University of Bristol, Women's Aid Federation of England and – in a voluntary role - Friends of the Earth.
I am passionate about inclusivity, sustainability and anything that will improve accessibility and outcomes for people, and I use this energy alongside building close relationships with users to ensure successful and well embedded change.
I am approachable and friendly and believe you get the best from people who are happy, fulfilled and using their natural skills so follow this ethos in my leadership approach.
